1. Who we are

CHAMFER sells desk objects online. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe materials, dimensions and contents as accurately as we can, and we state plainly when a figure is not available rather than estimating one. Photography is representative; wood grain, leather, cork and felt vary naturally from piece to piece, and colour varies between screens.

3. Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable tax, both shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

4. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error — and if we do, you are refunded in full.

5. Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates. See Shipping for how long things actually take and what we do if a parcel goes astray. Risk passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns

See Returns & Refunds. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

7. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
