Two years
Every CHAMFER object is covered for two years from delivery against manufacturing defects — a joint that fails, a hinge that seizes, a coil that stops charging, stitching that comes apart. Send us a photograph and we will replace it.
What is not covered
Wear. Leather darkening where you handle it, oiled wood developing a patina, cork and felt compressing slightly under a keyboard — these are the materials behaving correctly, not faults. Accidental damage, liquid damage and normal cosmetic marking are also outside the warranty.
How to claim
Write to us with your order number and a photograph. There is no form and no registration — the order is the record.
