Two years
Every CHAMFER object is covered for two years from delivery against manufacturing defects — a joint that fails, a hinge that seizes, a coil that stops charging, stitching that comes apart. Send us a photograph and we will replace it.
What is not covered
Wear. Leather darkening where you handle it, oiled wood developing a patina, cork and felt compressing slightly under a keyboard — these are the materials behaving correctly, not faults. Accidental damage, liquid damage and normal cosmetic marking are also outside the warranty.
How to claim
Write to chamfer.support@gmail.com with your order number and a photograph. There is no form and no registration — the order is the record.
