Shipping
We do not hold stock in a United States warehouse. Every CHAMFER order is made up and dispatched by our production partner, and we would rather tell you that plainly than promise two-day delivery we cannot make.
Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You get a tracking number by email when the parcel is dispatched, not when the order is received.
Transit
Typical transit to the United States is 5 to 11 business days after dispatch, tracked end to end. Order to doorstep is therefore usually 6 to 14 business days. Customs inspection can add several days and is outside our control.
Where we ship
United States only at launch. If you are elsewhere and want something, write to us and we will tell you honestly whether we can get it to you.
Costs and duties
Shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Any import duty or tax levied on arrival is the recipient’s responsibility.
If it does not arrive
If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, contact us. We will chase the carrier or send a replacement. You do not have to do the chasing.
