About this piece
Folding aluminium laptop stand. Folds 250 mm to 70 mm. 280 g.
The stand that disappears.
Aluminium alloy with silicone contact pads. Open, it stands 250 mm tall; folded, it collapses to a 70 mm slab that goes flat in a bag. Nothing about it announces itself — which is the point.
Aluminium, because aluminium behaves.
Alloy does not creak, flex or yellow the way moulded plastic does, and it draws heat away from a laptop rather than trapping it against the base. The surface catches the light along its chamfered edges and otherwise stays out of the way.
280 grams, and it folds flat.
The whole stand weighs less than a paperback. It is a desk object that is also a bag object, which is unusual in this category and the main reason we chose it.

What we do not publish
Our supplier does not state a tilt or swivel range in degrees, a number of adjustment positions, a laptop size range, or a load rating we can stand behind. So we do not print those numbers. Every figure in the table above comes from the supplier's own specification; the ones missing from it are missing here too, and will stay missing until we have measured a sample ourselves.
Questions
Will it fit my laptop?
The cradle is open and unsized rather than cut for a specific model, so it takes any standard clamshell laptop. We do not publish an inch range because the supplier does not specify one.
How far does it adjust?
It moves between a 70 mm folded profile and a 250 mm raised one. We are not publishing angle steps or degree figures until we have measured them.
Shipping
Ships from our production partner. Typical transit to the United States is 5 to 11 days after dispatch, tracked. We do not hold stock in a US warehouse and we would rather tell you that than promise two-day delivery we cannot make.
